We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, and usage data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request data portability or restrict processing of your data.

6. Connected Social Accounts

LisAI lets you connect your own social media accounts — including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — so you can publish content you create in LisAI to them. When you connect an account, we store the authorization tokens required to publish on your behalf, plus basic profile details (such as your account or channel name and picture) to display the connection. We use these only to perform actions you initiate, and we never access accounts or content you have not explicitly connected.

7. TikTok

LisAI uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to let you publish videos you created in LisAI to your own TikTok account. LisAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service. TikTok's handling of your data is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

Data we access: with your consent, we request the user.info.basic scope to read your display name, avatar, and account identifier so we can confirm and display the connection; video.publish and video.upload to publish videos you create in LisAI when you explicitly choose to post. We also read the posting options TikTok reports for your account (available privacy levels and whether comment, Duet, and Stitch are permitted) so the pre-post screen can only offer settings your account actually allows. We do not read your followers, your messages, or any content you did not create in LisAI.
How we use it: solely to display your connected TikTok account and to publish your own content on your explicit action. Every post requires you to review the caption and confirm the privacy level and interaction settings before anything is sent. We do not sell, rent, or share TikTok data with third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Storage and retention: we store your TikTok authorization and refresh tokens, your account identifier, display name, and avatar URL on our servers only for as long as your TikTok account remains connected to LisAI. Disconnecting deletes them immediately.
Revoking access: you can disconnect TikTok at any time from the Connections page in LisAI, which deletes the stored tokens and immediately stops all access. You can also revoke LisAI's access from within the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.

8. YouTube API Services

LisAI uses YouTube API Services to let you publish videos you created in LisAI to your own YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Data we access: with your consent (the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes), we read your channel's name and thumbnail to confirm the connection, and upload videos you create when you choose to publish. We do not read, list, or modify any other YouTube data.
How we use it: solely to display your connected channel and to publish your own content on your explicit action. We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
Storage and retention: we store your authorization tokens and channel id, name, and thumbnail on our servers only for as long as your YouTube account remains connected to LisAI.

9. Revoking Access & Deleting Your Data

You can disconnect any social account, including YouTube, at any time from the Connections page in LisAI. This deletes the stored authorization tokens and immediately stops all access.
You can also revoke LisAI's access to your Google and YouTube account through your Google security settings.
To delete your LisAI account and all associated data, contact us at kitt@lisai.app. We will delete your personal data and disconnect all linked accounts.
