LisAI provides AI-powered content generation and social media scheduling services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You are solely responsible for all content generated and posted through your account.

5. Connected Third-Party Platforms

LisAI lets you connect your own accounts on third-party platforms — including TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — so that you can publish content you create in LisAI to them. LisAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

When you connect an account, you remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies, and you are solely responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with them. In particular, if you connect a TikTok account you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Music Usage Confirmation. LisAI publishes only when you explicitly initiate a post, and only to the accounts you have connected. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page, which immediately revokes LisAI's access.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated using LisAI is yours to use. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized data to improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

LisAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
